Longleat Selects Eploy to Power High-Volume and Seasonal Recruitment
Longleat & Cheddar Gorge and Caves, two of the UK's most iconic visitor attractions, have gone live with Eploy's end-to-end talent acquisition platform to transform its recruitment processes across permanent, fixed-term, and high-volume seasonal roles.

Employing over 700 staff across the Longleat Estate, the business handles distinct recruitment peaks at Easter, summer and winter.
With a need to manage significant candidate volumes efficiently and with full visibility, the team chose Eploy to replace a heavily manual process and deliver a more professional, streamlined experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Jenny Cook, Interim Head of HR, Longleat, says: "One of the biggest drivers for choosing Eploy was the ability to handle high-volume recruitment with real clarity. The recruitment dashboards give us a detailed real-time snapshot of activity - we can see our starting headcount target, track performance against it, and know what roles have been filled. Previously, that was a very manual, time-consuming process. Now it's a touch of a button, which is fantastic.”
"We've also seen improvements in the onboarding experience for candidates and the communication transparency for hiring managers. Everyone is clear on where candidates are in the recruitment process. The feedback from hiring managers and new employees has been really positive."
Since going live, Longleat has benefited from configurable workflows in the Eploy platform that support everything from single-stage hiring through to multi-stage and group assessment processes. Automated authorisation routes have removed the risk of recruitment requests reaching the wrong approvers. Contract generation has become significantly faster and more consistent.
Kirsty Iles, People Director, Longleat, added: "I'm delighted to be working with Eploy for the third time across three different organisations. I wouldn't have wanted to have had another system. The flexibility, the configurability, and the quality found with the Eploy platform speak for themselves, and so does the service. It's a genuine partnership we have with Eploy."
Chris Bogh, CEO, Eploy, says: "We're thrilled to welcome Longleat and Cheddar Gorge & Caves to the Eploy family. With distinct recruitment peaks each year and hundreds of roles to fill, a recruitment platform was scoped to deliver pace, visibility, and control - without adding admin burden. That's exactly what Eploy is designed to do. It's been a pleasure working with the wider team, and we look forward to supporting Longleat & Cheddar Gorge & Caves as they continue to embed and expand their use of the Eploy platform."
