Right There modernise end-to-end recruitment process with Eploy

Right There is a charity/non-profit organisation that supports people facing the toughest times in Scotland. Their vision is for a world where everyone has an equal chance to create a safe and supportive place to call home. Working with more than 4,000 children, adults and families each year, Right There is rooted in local communities across Scotland. They are available for people of all ages who are living with the effects of family breakdowns, homelessness, poverty, addiction, or are moving on from care or other life changes.
Right There chose to implement Eploy’s Applicant Tracking System to move away from the previously manual recruitment process, which made reporting and tracking a challenge for the team.
