As part of their implementation of Eploy’s Applicant Tracking System, The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan placed a strong focus on enhancing the candidate journey. Transitioning from HR and agency-led recruitment to a direct hiring model, they delivered a standout candidate experience and strengthened their employer brand. Key initiatives included the launch of a dedicated candidate portal and a careers site, separate from the corporate website, which provided far greater visibility of opportunities.

Graham Jameson, Recruitment Specialist commented: “Reflecting on our journey to improve the hiring experience and journey for both candidates and across our business, we’re proud to have delivered a robust and scalable direct hire model, with candidate experience at the heart of how we operate. Supported by Eploy’s recruitment automation, we’ve streamlined decision making and boosted process efficiency. These improvements have not only elevated the quality of hire but also embedded best practice recruitment standards across the organisation, raising capability and confidence at every level.”

This award celebrates outstanding recruitment marketing campaigns that successfully drive engagement, build brand awareness, and deliver measurable results. Winning campaigns stand out for their creativity, strategic execution, and ability to resonate with target audiences.

Practice Plus Group (PPG), a trusted NHS partner, operates across three service lines - Integrated Urgent Care, Health in Justice, and Secondary Care, making recruitment a complex challenge. Recruitment marketing is central to their talent strategy, enabling them to boost engagement, strengthen their employer brand, and increase application volumes through targeted campaigns.

By consistently applying their employer brand across every candidate touchpoint and maintaining regular engagement, PPG successfully reduced candidate drop-out rates and improved application numbers. Leveraging recruitment data, the team tracks campaign effectiveness and makes data-driven decisions to further enhance impact in a highly competitive healthcare talent market.

The judging panel of industry experts faced a tough challenge finalising the shortlist, which recognised organisations excelling in success, innovation, and talent acquisition.

Chris Bogh, CEO and Co-founder of Eploy, commented: “Each finalist should be incredibly proud of their achievements in delivering meaningful recruitment improvements. We are equally delighted to see our customers recognised for creating outstanding recruitment experiences.”

Congratulations to everyone in this years’ shortlist and to the category winners.
