Optionally, you can add extra security to your candidate portal by asking new registrants to validate their email addresses before being able to apply for a role- ensuring that candidates are who they say they are and give you the control to block non-validated email addresses.

Now there’s a great way to capture why candidates have withdrawn from your process. Candidates can self-withdraw their applications in the Candidate Portal and, importantly, set a reason for their decision which you can fully track and analyse in your Eploy Dashboards.

In your recruitment workflows, at each stage, you can choose which of your existing statuses you will use for Withdrawal (or create a new one). The list of reasons is also fully configurable in the Drop Down list editor.

Then, within your Eploy Dashboards, you can display visualisations that show both where candidates are withdrawing and, most importantly, why in the process.
