Scorecards
At the application review or interview stage, create forms that Hiring Managers or Recruiters must complete before the candidate progresses to the next stage or is rejected. Scorecards can contain calculated scores and automatically grade interviewee evaluations to set the application status or the interview outcome.
You can view & complete structured review forms alongside the candidate’s application to ensure your reviews are fair and accurate.

Panel Reviews
You can also set multiple reviewers at any stage, enabling you to work as a panel. And in true Eploy style, we give you maximum flexibility in how you set things up.
If you are working in a panel, we understand that setting the visibility of what other panel members have written and their scores is important. Not only can you set how many reviewers are required, but you can configure what level of information they see.
You can choose to show other reviewers full responses from the panel, just the grade/score, only who has completed the form or simply how many people have completed the review (e.g., 1 of 3).
If you have a lead panel member who makes the final choice, we’ve got you covered there too.
- Structured Interviewing
Flexibility
Eploy gives you the flexibility to configure who can move a candidate before the required reviews are completed and who can move a candidate once the reviews are complete.

Automation
Auto-move settings in the recruitment workflow create a seamless experience for a reviewer or interview panel member.
